ISO 9001
AllPack Services has been ISO 9001 certified since 2004. A pledge of a system of continuous improvement and evidence of management’s motivation and commitment, this standard defines the requirements for the implementation of a quality management system. AllPack Services strives to continually improve customer satisfaction and deliver consistent, compliant high-quality products and services.
Made in Luxembourg
AllPack Services also bears the “Made In Luxembourg” label. Independently awarded by the Chamber of Commerce or Chamber of Trade, which ensures its relevance, this label assures our clients that products and services originate in Luxembourg. AllPack Services is proud to promote Luxembourg’s industrial expertise.
Environment
Environmental protection and sustainable use of natural resources are integral parts of AllPack Services’ philosophy, as evidenced by numerous certifications in this field.
ISO 14001
AllPack Services has been ISO 14001 certified since 2004, (in addition to ISO 9001). The company has implemented an environmental management system (EMS) to minimise the impact of its activities on the environment, prevent incidents and establish a plan of action to improve its environmental performance.
ISPM 15
The wood complies with ISPM 15, which stands for International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15. Adopted by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), this standard aims to standardize measures to prevent infestation of forests in an importing country by pests present in the wood in packaging. Thus, wood is treated in such a way as to limit the risks associated with the introduction or spread of diseases and insects that could negatively affect plants or ecosystems
SuperDrecksKëscht® fir Betriber
AllPack Services is recognised by this Luxembourg quality label as a company that actively contributes to protecting the environment through environmentally friendly waste management. The company takes part in the SuperDrecksKëscht® campaign and is committed to putting waste prevention, waste reduction and waste management at the centre of its concerns.
REACH
Finally, AllPack Services complies with the European REACH regulation (Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of Chemical Products). This regulation is part of an international initiative to promote sustainable development and responsible management of chemicals.

ISO 27001
The ISO 27001:2013 certification (download the certificate) specifies the requirements for information security management systems (ISMS). The implementation of this norm ensures that data is both optimally used and securely stored. By obtaining the ISO 27001 certification, AllPack Services confirms the reliability of its processes implemented in terms of cybersecurity
Sécher & Gesond mat System
For many years, AllPack Services has implemented a series of measures for effectively managing workplace health and safety. In 2018, these provisions earned them the Sécher & Gesond mat System label, awarded by the Accident Insurance Association (AAA).
AEO
AllPack Services is AEO (Approved Economic Operator) certified. Thanks to this certification, AllPack Services is recognised by customs officials as a stakeholder and partner in reliable, honest and trustworthy international trade.
